FireFly

The amazing four-year-olds in the Firefly Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) class embrace learning and utilize their time together to grow as individuals and fully embrace what makes each of them unique. In Firefly, the focus is on the attributes which will help them excel in life as well as school, and to that end, our teachers embrace a holistic approach to teaching. This style enables them to experience spiritual and social growth while also developing cognitive abilities.

Our teachers take a very active approach to encouraging the Firefly class. They celebrate each individual milestone and learn that every achievement is worth noting and a source of pride. The children seem to particularly enjoy cooking, and we make sure to incorporate many different teaching aspects to make it a complete experience for them. Nothing makes our teachers happier than watching the class come to know that Jesus loves them and has a plan for them.
